One-to-one care records can be associated with a resident's profile when additional care takes place within the home. These charges should be added promptly to the resident's profile to support accurate record-keeping and financial tracking.
How to add a one-to-one care record to a resident profile?
You can add a one-to-one care record in one of two ways:
Option 1: via the resident profile
Navigate to the Resident Profile.
Go to the Billing tab.
Select the One-to-One care tab.
Click Add One-to-One.
Complete the form by populating the fields below:
Option 2: via the one-to-one table
Navigate to the Invoices & Accounts dashboard
Select the relevant location
Select the View One-to-One tile
Click Add One-to-One care log (yellow plus sign).
Complete the form by populating the fields below:
Field | Description |
Choose a booking | Select the booking the one-to-one care should be associated with. |
Start Date | Select start date of when the one-to-one care was given |
End Date | Select the end date of when the one-to-one care was given. |
Number of Hours | Enter the number of hours of care that was given |
Rate | Select either the hourly rate or the total rate. If hourly is selected the total rate will be calculated by multiplying the number of hours by the hourly rate. |
Notes | Optional free text for internal use only. |
One-to-one care status
Each one-to-one care will be assigned a status, which helps you monitor its progress throughout the billing process.
Status | Description |
Incomplete | The one-to-one care record has been created but has not been attached to either an invoice or a credit note. |
Complete | The one-to-one care record has been attached to either an invoice or a credit note. |
