Editing & deleting a one-to-one care record from a resident profile

One-to-one care records can be edited or deleted from a resident profile as long as the one-to-one care has not been marked as Complete. This is useful if a one-to-one care record was added in error or associated incorrectly with a resident. 


Editing a one-to-one care record

You can edit a one-to-one care record in one of two ways:

Option 1: via the resident profile

  1. Navigate to the Resident Profile.

  2. Go to the Billing tab.

  3. Select the one-to-one care tab.

  4. Locate the one-to-one care record you want to edit, click the three-dot menu and select edit

  5. Make the relevant changes and click Save Changes

Option 2: via the one-to-one care table

  1. Navigate to the Invoices & Accounts dashboard

  2. Select the relevant location

  3. Select the View One-to-One tile

  4. Locate the one-to-one care record you want to edit, click the three-dot menu and select edit

  5. Make the relevant changes and click Save Changes

Deleting a one-to-one care record

You can delete a one-to-one care record in one of two ways:

Option 1: via the resident profile

  1. Navigate to the Resident Profile.

  2. Go to the Billing tab.

  3. Select the one-to-one care tab.

  4. Locate the one-to-one care record you want to delete, click the three-dot menu and select delete

  5. Confirm you want to delete the one-to-one care by clicking “Yes, proceed”

Option 2: via the billable extras table

  1. Navigate to the Invoices & Accounts dashboard

  2. Select the relevant location

  3. Select the View One-to-One tile

  4. Locate the one-to-one care record you want to delete, click the three-dot menu and select delete

  5. Confirm you want to delete the one-to-one care record by clicking “Yes, proceed”
