Found CRM & Nourish Care Integration (Two-Way) - Enquiry & Occupancy

The Found and Nourish integration allows you to seamlessly share data between platforms, removing the need to manually enter resident details in both systems. Once connected, key information is automatically synced between Found and Nourish to keep records accurate and reduce admin effort.

This guide outlines how to set up the integration, how syncing works, and how to manage linked profiles across enquiry and resident journeys.

How the Integration Works

Once enabled, the integration:

  • Allows Found resident and enquiry profiles to be linked to clients in Nourish

  • Keeps key fields in sync across both systems

  • Displays the current Nourish profile status within Found

  • Shows the last time data was synced

Fields linked to Nourish are marked with a small Nourish icon in Found. Hovering over the icon will confirm whether the field is shared, or sent to Nourish only.

Sending Profiles to Nourish

Profiles can be sent from Found to Nourish at two points:

Enquiry Stage

  • The profile appears in Nourish as a Pre-Assessment

  • Mandatory fields: First Name, Last Name, DOB, NHS Number

If the enquiry converts to a resident at a later date, the profile will remain linked with Nourish within both the Enquiry and Resident profiles in Found, and will continue to update in Nourish. 

Resident Stage

  • The profile appears in Nourish as Enrolled or Admitted, depending on the booking start date

  • Mandatory fields: First Name, Last Name, DOB, NHS Number

Once linked, supported fields will continue to sync automatically as updates are made in either system.

Supported Fields

Two-Way Sync Fields

These fields stay up to date in both systems:

  • Title

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Known As

  • Address

  • Postcode

  • Gender

  • Marital Status 

  • Date of Birth 

  • NHS Number

One-Way Sync Fields (Updated from Found → Nourish)

  • Nationality

  • National Insurance Number (Resident only field)

Viewing the Nourish Tile in Found

Once linked, the Nourish tile is visible in the resident or enquiry profile. It shows:

  • Nourish profile status (e.g. Admitted, Left etc.)

  • Last synced date and time

  • Sync errors (if applicable)

  • A direct link to view the profile in Nourish

If a sync fails, a warning will appear with guidance to retry or contact support.

Setting Up the Integration

To enable the integration, you will need to generate a Nourish Token within Found:

  1. Go to Home > Locations > Select Location

  2. Click Location Settings > API Settings

  3. Under Nourish Integration, click Generate Token

  4. Copy the token and click Save Changes

  5. Log in to Nourish (as a Superuser)

  6. Navigate to Administration > Extensions > Found CRM

  7. Toggle the integration on and paste the token provided by Found (You will need to repeat this process for each location)

  8. Once successfully connected, Found will confirm: “This token is connected to [Location Name] in Nourish.”

  9. You will now have access to link profiles to Nourish from both the Enquiry and Resident profiles in Found (depending on the modules you have access to).
