The contribution history page gives you an overview of a fee payer’s contribution toward a resident’s booking. This view supports auditing, reviewing historical changes, and managing edits, all in one centralised place.
Whether you’re verifying a backdated update or checking when a contribution ended, this view ensures contribution changes are visible and easy to adjust.
How to access the contribution history page
- Go to the Resident Profile
- Click the Billing tab
- Select the Fee Payers tab
- Locate the relevant fee payer
- Click the three-dot menu next to their name
- Select View Contribution History
What’s included on this page
You’ll see a visual contribution change graph, a full contribution history log, and a Manage Contribution button to apply edits.
Contribution History log includes:
- Contribution amount
- Date range for the contribution
- User who made the change
- Time and date of update
- A “Current” tag to highlight the active contribution
- Ability to edit the amount of past or current contributions
If the contribution has ended, a banner will appear prompting you to Finalise Contribution.
Manage contribution options
If it is the case that you wish to make any changes to the Fee Payers contribution, you should select manage contribution from this page. Depending on the status of the contribution (active or finalised), different actions will be available:
If the contribution is still active:
- Adjust Contribution – Edit the current contribution amount going forward
- Backdate Contribution – Apply a historical change without restarting the contribution
- End Contribution – End the current contribution immediately
If the contribution has ended:
- Finalise Contribution – Review and close the contribution
- Restart Contribution – Resume the contribution for the same fee payer
- Backdate Contribution – Apply a historic change even after the contribution has ended
Using the contribution history view ensures full visibility over how contributions have changed across the lifetime of a booking, supporting both operational accuracy and compliance.
