Upcoming invoices and credit notes refer to the next financial document that will be generated through an invoice schedule or billing contract. These upcoming documents allow you to review and confirm that the information included is accurate before the document becomes official.

They serve as a preview to ensure the details align with expectations prior to generating and issuing to a fee payer.

  3. Click on Invoices & Credit Notes
  4. Go to the Upcoming Invoices & Credit Notes tab
  5. Click the three-dot menu next to the relevant schedule

Sharing an upcoming invoice or credit note

You can download any upcoming invoice or credit note as a PDF.

Note: All upcoming documents will have a DRAFT watermark to prevent accidental sharing with fee payers.

To download:

Making changes to an upcoming invoice or credit note

If any updates are required, they must be made before generating the invoice or credit note.

To make changes:

  • Make the relevant edits directly in the Resident Profile.

Examples:

  • Need to add a Billable Extra? Simply create the extra and set its status to Scheduled.
  • Need to adjust a Fee Payer’s Contribution? Update the contribution, and the changes will dynamically reflect in the upcoming document.
