Once invoices and credit notes have been generated—either manually or automatically—you can view them at both an individual resident level and at a global level (Location, Entity, or Group).
Viewing at the resident level
To view all financial documents associated with a specific resident:
- Navigate to the Resident Profile
- Select the Billing tab
- Click on Invoices & Credit Notes
From here, you’ll be able to:
- View all invoices and credit notes tied to the resident’s bookings
- Search and filter by:
- Document type (Invoice or Credit Note)
- Fee Payer
- Reference Number
Top Tip: Documents are listed by default in order of their Reference Number.
Viewing at a global Level
There are two ways to access invoices and credit notes across multiple residents and locations:
Via the Invoices & Accounts Dashboard
- Navigate to the Billing tab
- Select Invoices & Accounts
- Choose a Location
- Click View Invoices & Credit Notes
Via the Billing Tab (Group, Entity, or Location View)
- Navigate to the Billing tab
- Select View Invoices & Credit Notes
- Choose to filter by:
- Entity
- Location
- Or select View All
Choosing between line items and headers
When viewing at a global level, you can switch between two table views:
- Line Items View
- Each individual line item from every invoice or credit note is listed.
- e.g. If an invoice has 5 line items, you’ll see all 5 listed separately.
- Headers View
- Each document (invoice or credit note) appears as a single row regardless of how many line items it contains.
